Hi there. I have just stopped BFing my LO. I had gradually reduced down to one feed in the night and that wasn't even satisfying her so was happy with my timing. The first night I didn't feed her I had no engorgement at all so my supply really must've been low! Now I'm on the second morning and my boobs are a bit sore and swollen... Is it best to just go with it of express off a bit if I don't want to risk mastitis?
