After struggling to BF DD1 (7 years ago) and only lasting to 3 months, I was determined to give it a go with DD2 and hoped to get to 5 months when I went back to work!
She is now 10 months and a bit and I am still happily BF morning and evening and the odd day feed when I am not working (I have been back at work since June), she is happy and thriving and I am happy to continue!
I was always a little bit dismissive of so called extended BF and babies who were mobile with teeth feeding - soo DD2 is both mobile and has 4 teeth and no problem!
So when do I get to join the ranks of extended breastfeeders
