Question regarding thrush

Can I still breastfeed/give expressed milk from nipple/breast that has thrush? I have been prescribed cannesten cream for it, forgot to ask Dr if can still breastfeed etc.

I did - just made sure I treated DD too. I used Grapefruit seed extract (10 drops to 100mls water)to wipe nipples before and after feed and also wipe DD mouth out. In case you pass it on to your DC

Mmmm...my problem is that Dr did not give me anything for DD. My baby brain prevented me from asking pertinent questions at the time - I know there can be problems passing it back and forth. Where do I buy Grapefruit seed extract from, health food shop??
