Last feed of the day problems

Dd is 6 months and has 6 feeds per 24 hours. I started to wean her last week although she refuses to open her mouth so she is not really having any solids yet.

Anyway, at the bedtime feed (about 7pm) she really doesn't seem satisfied. I have to keep swapping breasts as she pulls herself off constantly and then looks around for more. She doesn't do this at any of the other feeds. Is she hungry? How can I get her to take more solids? I'm attempting food at breakfast at the mnoment (a mixture of mashed/pureed stuff and bits of banana/mango to hold/suck/gum) but should I be trying it in the evening instead?

Help!!

My dd did this for a while and it seemed to be wind (of both varieties!!). If I took her off, sat her up and gave her a good burp she tended to settle down, especially if she had a good fart as well! All very lady like.

She would never feed very much more after being winded, would have a few sucks and go off to sleep.

Hope this helps x

DD used to do that too. I was told that the milk is not as abundant in the evening and BF babies can get a bit impatient with it.

Not sure if it's true though...
