According to bfn you can take ordinary lemsip because it's paracetamol, but not beechams as it has aspirin in. Link here

If you want to be absolutely safe, you can use fresh ginger and lemon (cut in pieces), boil in some water for a couple of minutes and drink extract with some honey. Take with some parecetemol, worked like a charm for me when i was pregnant, and now while BFing. Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks mummmarz, just going to take paracetomol and try that.

If I have to give DD the calpol I have some EBM in the freezer she can have.
