what can i safely use to stop the itchiness when breastfeeding?

Kamillosan worked for me. Very greasy. Used to dollop it on sore nipples after a feed and wipe off with tissue before next feed. Never seemed to cause problems with latching unless there was too much left on when they would sometimes slip off while trying to feed - messy
