Morning ladies,

I know that EBM last approx 6-8 hours at room temp and approx few days in fridge, but do you still have those 6-8 hours at room temp if you take it out after a day of it being refridgerated?

Can I take EBM that was refridgerated straight after expressing last night out with me in a bag and leave it at room temp for a few hours then feed it to DD?

Sorry I dont think I explained that v well?!?

I would have done this when feeding DD, but do check that it tastes okay and not off first.

I happily did this the other way round when back to work when DD was a baby i.e. expressed at work, popped it in my handbag, refrigerated and DH fed to baby next day. Never any ill effects so reckon you should be OK.
