boy has just done a load of firmish greenish poo. called hv, she said is down to formula, keep bf and give cooled boiled water to hydrate. agree? he seems fretty but is feeding. no wailing or windy tears.

Breastfeeding is the best way to hydrate babies, kat....surprised your HV told you to give water. Green poo is nothing worrisome in itself in an otherwise healthy baby but if he has had formula at all then this would be the most likely reason for it.
