Painfull Nipple, Big Lump????

My right nipple is really painfull and the lower half feels like one big lump, the breat under the nipple is also tender and feels quite lumpy.

I'm still breastfeeding ds2 who's seven months. Could it be a blocked duct or something else?

Sounds awfully like mastitis. Get to your GP asap as, IME, it can deteriorate quite quickly and can be really unpleasant. Antibiotics sort it out really quickly and don't interfere with breastfeeding. You can try massaging sore area and putting hot flannels on in the meantime. Good luck.
