my 12wk ds has recenly started fussing terribly during feeds, sometimes only taking 2oz then howling, and can't be persuaded to take any more, although he wants to suck on his hands or dummy. he's tending to crash out after these poor feeds although only sleeps 30mins.Some feeds (fewer and fewer) he takes ok. He's also dribbling loads and bringing formula back up. Main worry is he's taking far less food than recommended for his weight, although was classed as a big baby- 9lb at birth and 13.5lb when last weighed at 10 wks. anyone got any ideas what's happening or how i can help him?feeding becoming v stressful 4 both of us

It sounds possibly like reflux. Don't panic, it's very common (and it might not be reflux and might calm down on its own anyway). But worth taking him to GP and describing symptoms exactly as you have here. Two of my friends had babies with reflux - very stressful at the time - but both are now big boisterous toddlers with no problems.
