Just wanted to post this if anyone has pain while breastfeeding.
When baby was 4 days old feeding was so painful, absolutely shooting pain. Nipples were looking cracked and I stopped feeding for a day.
Just by chance I found a video on youtube about latching on.
Really great and worked for me. Explained why it was painful cause latching on was wrong.
So much easier when you see a demo rather than a book, or text.
