Tiny white pimple thing on nipple???

I am an EBFer and only do 2 'feeds' per day with LO who is 2. Have developed a white spot on nipple which is raised from skin. A bit sore but not hot or red or anything.

Is this a blocked duct and if so what should I do? Thanks. x

sounds like a milk blister.

there is advice on this thread for getting rid of them.

Hot flannels and a bit of gentle massaging should help to pop it.
