DP is taking DS (24 wks) swimming on Mon and I can't be there. I think DS will need a feed when he comes out of the pool so I thought I could express some milk and send DP off with it. Have never done this before so am wondering: do you just put it in a sterilised bottle and off you go? Or is it at a temp which will be unsafe ie: should you cool it first?
