Does anyone know how long i need to sterilize dr brown bottles in microwave steriliser. I have a tomee tipee sterliser which recommends 8 mins but found this ruined the dr browns parts. Also how much water needs to go in it too.

I use Dr Brown's bottles but have given up sterilising (ds2 now 6 months and sticking everything in his mouth so all a bit pointless). When I did sterilise I just used to stick the bottles and bits in a huge tupperware container with Milton solution diluted in cold water.
