Would vitamin supps do the trick? My diet isn't great and I'm losing more weight than I'd like, dd is quite demanding and finding time to cook is hard, any suggestions?

A fish oil supplement would probably be good - can apparently also help stave off pnd.

Just a thought - it might actually be the extra hand-washing due to nappy changing, my hands always got super dry with a small baby.

I think its defo my diet katch, doing less nappies then when she was newborn, and nails getting worse (shes 9mo now) will try fish oil and zinc, don't think I could stomach jelly cubes, had an unfortunate incident with vodka jelly once, cant bare to smell jelly now
