Should know this one considering this is the third time I have had a baby but anyway I have been taking Sanatogen Pregnancy vitamins for well the last 4 or so years but wondered if you can take a regular multivit when breastfeeding. I know you can't when pregnant because of the Vitamin A content but when breastfeeding?
Regular vitamins are cheaper than special preggie ones too.
