How often should I change my DS's bottles?

I am just wondering whether I should buy new bottles for my DS - who is 19 months. He has had them for a few months and I keep thinking that maybe I haven't heard about something that says you have to change them every month or so. What about the teats as well?

Thanks.

I never changed my childrens bottles - teats I cahnged when they started to look at bit worn/soft (IIRC official guilelines say every 3 months?)

Never changed bottles either. Infact used the same for both dcs. Stopped using at all before 2 though.

We had the same bottles throughout, from one month to one year. We did change the teats though.

Thanks for the replies, think I had better change the teats. Going to be interesting getting my wee boy off bottles though, I am stupidly hoping that one day he will just refuse them.

TBH I never particularly hurried getting mine off bottles.

Mine had their bedtime drink in a bottle until 3! [bad mama emoticon]
