how much formula milk should a 9mth old have a day?

Aptamil box says 3 bottles of 7oz a day, friends HV said two bottles a day, and DS2 has 3 bottles of 7 oz a day and then a 4 ox dream feed around 11pm...

i think its 18-21 oz a day
