Does this mean anything?

When I BF DD, she often pulls on her ear and hair. She's still feeding and generally not fussing. If I hold her hand she doesn't fight me so that she can pull her ear and hair.

Does the hair and ear pulling mean anything?

Means nothing, certainly not ear problem. My gran (now 95) used to refer to this as "having sleep lice", so may mean that she is becoming sleepy.
Also pulling of ears can mean teething - don't know what age she is, of course.

So, nothing to do with BF, do not worry about it

mine ear pulls when he is tired and feeding too (he doesn't have enough hair to pull, the little baldy!)

my DS pulls ear and puts hand on face sometimes when feeding and when tired, i think it's so cute! ;-)

actually she also puts her had on her face, using her arm to cover her eyes as if she is trying to block out the light. it's cute.
