Returning to work affecting BM supply

I am going back to work 3 days a week next week and DS 8 months is currently bf on demand. He will have EBM on they days I am at work but I am concerned that my supply will be affected as I will only be able to express once a day at work. Has anyone experienced any problems when they have returned to work or am I worrying too much?!

Yes my supply was affected BUT DS soon cottoned on to the fact that I wasn't there during the day and stopped drinking much EBM (made up for it at night instead)

I found I could stop expressing at about 10 mo and it didn't affect my supply for the morning/evening feeds

Thanks EP - did your DS drop feeds during the day when you were with him or just when you were at work?

just when I was at work IIRC

I decided to stop daytime feeds altogether when he was 1ish
