DS is nearly one now and am wondering how much milk you give your DC after one year old? Currently he has between 600 - 700ml a day + his meals. i've started to give him one bottle of cows milk a day now instead of formula and will probably switch to all cows milk within the next few weeks.

after 1 year a minimum of 350mls is recommended (approx 12oz). I wouldnt give much more than a pint of milk either as it can suppress the appetite for solids which are now more important.

Thanks Seona - think i will drop one feed as he can be a hit and miss with the solids.
