All weekend I had a really painful lumpy breast which thankfully seemed to clear up on Monday after lots of hot baths, long feeds and expressing.
Today my nipple really stings when feeding and I have noticed a small white lump under the skin of the nipple with stings when I touch it. Is this a milk blister? If so any tips for clearing it quickly?
I looked on kellymom which said it could takes weeks !
DD 10 month and no bf problems until now.
