Do I need to heat EBM?

It's been in the fridge. This is for feeding DS, obviously!

No, just warm it to room temperature by putting bottle in cup/glass of hot water for a bit. This is what we do, anyway, so hopefully right!

I always do, put it in a cup of boiled water and leave it there for 5 min. Not sure if you are supposed to but my DS likes it very warm.
