I am sure this has been asked lots, did try to search - sorry. I have a pump but it's dying and I will need to replace it. Best one?

Can't advise on the best one but my Boots one is fine for me. I prefer it to the Medela swing I had before.

Breast Pump is a product that's difficult to get excited about really.

Which one have you got now?

Avent isis (and I have tried 4 different pumps!). This is by far the best, though I had problems with the vent, which I complained to them about and got sent a different type of vent (eventually). But it is still the best one I have used.

Tommee Tippee Closer to nature is rubbish. I sent my back for a refund!

I have one from the states (where I am from) that is old, and I want to start expressing, but no idea what the good brands are here.

I do agree hard to get excited

I'm Welsh Black (i.e. milking cow) with a giant milk supply, and I swear by the Medela Electric. OK, it's noisy, but it doesn't hurt, and it's efficient. And not too many bits either - I was given an Avent one, and that had about 12 pieces. So I haven't tried it.

Really depends how much you want to express - a hired double pump will do the job fantastically, but not worth it for one bottle a day.
