Tesco breast pads- do I have a dodgy batch or have they changed?

I bought a big box of tesco breast pads about a month ago which have been fantastic, but the new box I have just bought is filled with pads that don't seem to have any backing- just the soft bit, and they are leaking straight through. If this is a new design it is rubbish Has anyone else had this problem? Will they let me take them back? I'm not sure I fancy explaining the problem to the teenager on the checkout

i've used a few, and have to take all the bits of fluff off my boobs before i start feeding. haven't had that with the other brands i've got.

They HAVE certainly changed the design/ material. I have just started my second box of Tesco's own and I'm not sure which are the new and which are the old, but one is definitley better than the other! If the new ones are the rubbish ones I will go back to Johnsons!

I'm also not sure about returning them. Are they expensive enough to warrant that? Could you not save yorself the effort (and possible awkwardness?) and just buy another brand?
