Does lying down feed make it more difficult for Bub to digest?

Dp says no but I've observed that DD winds better when upright (ie in sling). Any advice? Ta.

Oh, that didnt read right. I meant feeding her upright and then winding her sitting up.

It doesn't make it more difficult for her to digest, but she is likely to end up windier if you don't put her upright to wind her. As she gets older that'll be less of an issue, though.
