SMA althera 7 week old

Hiii we have been using SMA althera for 4 weeks now. Our baby is 7 weeks old and trying to get any kind of volume into him is a struggle he’s feeding like he’s wanting more but too uncomfortable to have it so crying and pulling away etc I just don’t feel like he’s fulfilled with it? He seems to be the way he was before we started the milk? Is there any recommendations for this?

It may be that he needs to try a different hydrolysed milk or that he needs a completely DF milk. I woukd go back to the GP.
