Can anyone give me some advice please?

My 7 week old baby has been difficult to feed for the past 2 days. She is getting 2 ounces maximum every 3 hours and even then I have to really push for her to have that. Last night she had her full bottle at half 11 with her Dad while I got some rest and then took over at midnight. She had a couple of mouthfuls at half 12 and again at half 1 and fell asleep around 1:45. She slept through until 6am this morning and didnt wake once for food or a nappy change. Nappy wasnt heavy either for the length of time between changes. She had 3 ounces at 6am when i got her up. Im really worried as this isnt like her. Could this be a sign shes unwell or something is going on? Do i need to contact a gp or health visitor?

Anyone else experienced this? First time mum so panicking about everything

Is she alert and happy when awake?
you have to look at weekly milk intake - they do go through phases of fussing etc
but with a baby this little I would always advise you check in with a GP
