I think as long is she is having yoghurts and cheese every day, you should try not to worry too much. My dd is very up and down with her milk consumption.

will not eat cheese! and has a yogurt a day and worried as she loves them so much that if if give them to her more that is all she will eat

the minimum recommended is 20oz up to 1 year and approx 12oz (300/350mls) from 1 year. Any milk in cereal, in foods, in cooking, etc and any dairy products and other non-dairy sources of calcium all count too. Have you tried things like custard, rice pudding, ice cream (occasionally ), etc or adding fruit to the milk to make it taste different?

oooh she's never had icecream hmmm might grate some cheese and try and hide it in her food

she has been on spoon strike the last few days so all these ideas will help when she hopefully picks up on solids again just trying not to panic about the lack of milk
