Sterilising bottles

Why do people use Milton tablets when away from home over boiling water to sterilise bottles?

Would like to hear people’s suggestions of methods used to sterilise bottles while away from home?

Because they may not be somewhere with a big pan and a hob to boil them e.g. a hotel? Whereas milton and the bags works anywhere.
