Weaning to formula bottle feeding

Any advice on best way to wean from breast to formula?
Daughter wa 10 months when she eventually took bottle. Son now nearly 3 months, will take a few ounces of expressed but will not take formula! Finding it a bit tough trying to be flexible with the feeding while being in a routine with the daughter. Thanks!
