Is it enough?

DD is 8 months and has 1 breastfeed a day (at night when she goes to sleep) PLUS a mini-feed at about 3am

She doesn't take formula or any milk out of a bottle / cup / whatever

She is on full solids .. 3 meals, each of which always include milk or cheese or yogurt, plus 2 snacks and drinks water

Is it enough in terms of calcium intake though? I don't know how to increase it any further if its not

yes YG I try to make sure she does

eg today

breakfast ... ready brek with whole cow's milk, followed by natural yogurt

snack .. brocolli spears (leftovers )

lunch ... chicken and veg plus yogurt with apple in it

snack .. rice cakes

dinner .. pasta with cheese and veg and another yogurt

then BF to bed

I just worry she should be having 3 milk drinks (and some days she doesn't get 'milk' products at every meal but she does at least twice a day)

Sounds fine to me too twig - ds isn't having much more that (a bf when he wakes, but only a small one). I think I remember reading that cheese has far more calcium in it than milk - so a small piece is the equivalent of a bottle. I'm going to carry on believing that anyway.
