4 month old not taking formula bottle anymore

My little baby girl (4m) is mainly breastfed but since birth was having one formula bottle (SMA pre-made milk) a day. My partner would give it to her in the early morning before going to work so i can sleep in the mornings.
From around 3M she doesn’t take the bottle anymore and i’m not sure why. We stopped trying and kind of gave up…
However even at 4M now she is feeding every 1.5 hours which i dont mind but means i cannot leave her with her aunts or grandparents or dad and need to take her with me everywhere and i just need the morning break back again too. Anyone else experience something similar?

Hi, yes my older daughter went off of bottles too - I bought so many different types to try and she wouldn't accept any of them! I would use an open cup instead (like a Tommy Tippee beaker without the lid), we went straight to this with my yoinger daughter and it worked much better for us - hope it does for you too xx

I left my bottle refusers with a cup too. Don’t forget that BF babies only take roughly 25 Floz in 24 hours so if she’s used to feeding every 1.5 hours, 1 or 2 Floz from a cup is a full feed Smile
