Help - has anybody got a boots steriliser - have lost instructions and green ok light is flashing - does this mean it needs descaling??!!!!

Have only just researched descaling and have had unit for five months in pretty much constant use as I have twins - it's pretty manky - after reading this am sure I need to descale but also what does the flashing green ok light mean?? Cheers!

I have a Boots one, not sure if it's the same as yours but my light flashes after you have sterilised to show it has finished but cooling down. So light on when sterilising...light flashing when cooling...light off when finished/not in use.

Thanks! I have the clear plastic one - it doesn't normally flash when cooling as there is a blue cool sign which switches on when cooling but have descaled it and the ok light has stopped flashing so think everything is ok??!! Cheers
