My LO is 8+3 and throws up her milk, sometimes even after an 1 hour. We stayed in hospital at 3 weeks as she lost weight. She had a tongue tie released, we are on sma althera, carobel and we keep her upright for 30 mins after each feed. We also use Laniosh bottles. Currently drinking 150ml 2-3hrs with 2.5 scoops if carobel (any less she throws up a lot more). Has anyone still experienced reflux after all these issues? Any suggestions?
