my one year old little one loved fiddling I used to wear a large beaded necklace while feeding so she could fiddle with it...or if dd likes a dummy you could try that

Thanks Twirly, a solution and an excuse to by jewellery, that I like..

DS2 has just started grabbing at me, I shall invest in a breastfeeding necklace i think.

ChairmumMiaow · 10/06/2008 20:37

try ebay

DH bought me some and we've had them since this morning. They're a hit so far - lots less grabbing and scratching!

Liz79 · 11/06/2008 10:48

i tried once with a long necklace but DD just forced my head down into a silly position

Ah man, I need a solution to this too. Mine is more pinching and scratching than fiddling and it's bloody agony (when he grabs a sharp fistful of saggy boob skin)

Perhaps a necklace is the answer

Wilf its when they get distracted give you a grin and then grab your nipple and twist it

If you get a sort of jingly necklace it can work - but then DS started shoving it in my mouth and that was very annoying too. I ended up just holding the hand, and if he hurt me, I unlatched him - the ultimate sanction!
