First period since birth and bfing still

Hi ..

My DS is 9 months and ive just got my first period .. im bfing still but only in morning and night but sometimes for naps when im not at work ...

I got my first period still bfing does it mean anything to the milk or can it vary between everyone ...

I thought you dont have them at all until you stop ? any advise would be nice ..

No, think it's quite common. Got mine when dd was 10 months, and still feeding dd once a day 10 months later.

I got my 1st period about 3 months after ds3s birth.

It varies for everyone, still bf at 23m btw, didn't make any difference at all.

I got mine when DS was 5mo and feeding at all hours of the day and night.

10 months here too, and I'm bf about 4 times a day.

Oh and I;m still BF at 15mo.

Oh thats ok then .. just means more chocolate needed than normal now ..
