Breast milk on my face?!

Help! The weirdest thing is happening. I sleep on my side next to my five week old, who is in a next to me. But I keep waking up with a sticky face. I think my boobs are leaking and it’s running into my face in my sleep. How is this even possible?! Hasn’t happened to anyone else? I’m so sticky!

It must be all over your bed and pillow too, in that case.
Just wear a secure maternity bra at night with extra absorbent breast pads in. Sorted!

Do you sleep with your arm up? Some people have milk ducts in their armpits which can express milk!

Just to add, would recommend the washable, reusable breast pads. Much less crinkly than the disposable ones! And no risk of the sticky adhesive side moving around and getting stuck to your nipples 😱
