Hard small lumps in one breast

I had my baby 4 days ago and my milk came in properly yesterday. I am combi feeding so admittedly my boobs do become a bit backed up.
I’ve felt a couple of small hard lumps/bumps on the top of my breast, about two finger widths back from my nipple. I have HA and naturally my brain has gone into overdrive. They are small and hard and not painful. I don’t have any redness or signs of mastitis but my breasts especially that one has been engorged for the past couple of days unless I hand express in the shower or the baby feeds.

Could this be a clogged duct? I’ve tried massaging in the shower last night and having my baby feed from that side more but it’s not shifted. Perhaps it’s gone smaller, but maybe that’s just wishful thinking. Can anyone put my mind at ease. My midwife is coming tomorrow so I’ll ask her but any advice welcome. Please be kind 🙏

Hey. So treatment for a clogged duct now is ice in the first instance not heat anymore so try and ice pack on the area. And offer feeding from that side as usual.
