Unfortunate that they fail to say that the mainstay of child survival is exclusive breastfeeding to 6 months, as stated by the WHO paper on infant feeding of HIV infected mothers. And you can't help feeling that the costs of those drugs would pay for an awful lot of breastfeeding supporters
