I am travelling to Benalmedema Spain next with a 5 month old baby on bottle formula feeds.Does anyone know if you can buy Volvic or Evian water please? If not is there an alternative that does not have a high sodium content ?
Thank you.

I spent a lot of time in Spain when my DD was a baby a few years ago & the bottled water had a symbol on it to tell you which was safe for babies. Can’t quite remember what it is sorry but it’s very obvious.

Thank-you that's really helpful.

Evian you can for sure get in Spain. Can’t remember Volvic but they also have other waters low in sodium such as bezoya and Font Vella which is available at most supermarkets
