Thrush or something else?

My DD is 13 weeks and am exclusively bf her. For the last week or so, I've been getting painful twinges in one breast (internal) after feeding - they're intermittent and not terribly painful, more uncomfortable. I thought it could be thrush, but looking at the BFN leaflet it suggests that breastfeeding would be incredibly painful, which it isn't. My DD doesn't have any symptoms either.
I don't have any white spots on the nipple either, so think it can't be a blocked duct either.
Any thoughts?
Thanks for the help.

It may be a duct that is slightly inflamed - that happens to me. Also, you'll be hitting a growth spurt around now and they start sucking quite a lot harder in my experience. Best thing is massage and heated pads on the affected area or put a hot shower on it, and chilled savoy cabbage leaves work a treat if it gets really sore. And feeding often sorts it out as well. good luck with it.
