CMPA help

My son has CMPA and has been on Nutramigen for 14 weeks, worked a treat. We have just been to Spain and the last few days of the holiday and 1 week since being back his poos have returned to watery and green (his biggest symptom before diagnosis). I know Nutramigen is just extensively hydrolysed so does still contain the protein in, but is it a possibility it could have stopped working after this long?! Or could it be a because I used bottled water in Spain? I am going to contact GP tomorrow but just wondered if anybody has any advice or experienced anything similar.

I found who ehf milk work worked like magic for a while then I was back to square one. This is relatively normal but is step hcps go through as it's cheaper to prescribe and does work in some babies. Go back and insist on trying an amino acid formula and being referred to a pediatric dietician which you will need going forward. We were given puramino from memory and it was like magic had happened

Yes it can work for a while and then stop. I have CMPA and can tolerate a very small amount of hydrolysed milk sometimes but regularly will just give me a huge reaction.
