lucozade when BF

is it to drink when BF?

I think pretty much anything is ok when BFing, it's only medicines you need to be careful with.

I am not unwell as such, just extremly low on energy etc and need a bit of a boost. Have been il twice in the last 2 weeks though, just really run down

I'm sure lucozade is fine if you like it, but it's just sugary water isn't it? Might get a nicer boost from smoothies? lassi? banana milkshake?
