Baby has no appetite after first set of vaccinations

Hi, my baby is very small I general. She's in the 9th centile. She was starting to feed better in terms of amount, then she had her first set of vaccinations, including the oral rotavirus one at 10 weeks old.
It's been 7-8 days since she's had them now now and she still has no appetite. Every feed is a battle, just getting her to have 2 ounces is difficult.
Has anyone else experienced this?

There have been studies showing that the bifido bacteria are greatly reduced, so you could try some probiotics?

We have been giving her probiotics daily since she was a few weeks old :(
