Anyone using Avent Isis IQ Duo double breastpump?

Having just shelled out £250 for an Avent Isis Duo double breastpump, I'm amazed to find that it seems to be almost impossible to use. Problem is that the control handle and the other part that goes on the other pump (double pump connector) will not stay put in the silicone thingies that you press them into. They just pop right back out all the time. I've tried time and time again- using them slightly wet, with oil etc. and I'm tearing my hair out now at what seems to be a basic design fault and a shocking waste of money. Phoned Avent who say they have never heard of the problem.

Has anyone else had the same problem and if so, did you find a solution??

I may need to get another double pump- can anyone recommend a good one? (I got the Avent because I have the IQ uno and liked the massage cushions).

Mooskey, I have this pump but never had any issues with it like this. I would bring the pump to work, all parts would have been sterlised the night before but would have been pretty dry by the time I attached them. Sorry, I'm probaby not being very helpful!
