Metallic taste in mouth

I have been bfing my ds for 5 months and in the last week or so I have noticed a strange metallic taste in my mouth which normally comes in the evening. Does anyone else have this? Could it be to do with the bf hormones?

You're not pregnant are you? You get this in the early stages of pregnancy!

Thankd jellyjuice, this is in the back of my mind....i haven't yet started my periods but i guess it is a possibilty. DH and I have only just started doing it about 6 weeks ago and, although i should know better at my age, we haven't been using anything. Looks like I will have to do a test on my birthday tomorrow just like i did last year. Was hoping that it mught have something to do with bf though...I am finding it very hard looking after a 2 year old and a five month old.....

I've only ever had that taste in my mouth in early pregnancy that and extreme tiredness I get almost straight away. Good luck.

now my mind is racing...have been feeling a but strange recently but have been trying to ignore it. My boobs are also a bit tender but I just out that down to bf.

Keep calm if you can. No point in getting in a whirl before you know for sure.
