Breastfed infant refusing bottles

Hey,

my 1 year old is exclusively breastfed, she had never took to bottles and I’m trying to get her onto cows milk from a bottle or cup
she will drink sips of water from an open cup but not often, she doesn’t take water from a straw or sippy cup
she point blank refuses to sleep unless on boob as well
any tips?

Neither of mine liked cows milk until they were about two. They just had water and plenty of yoghurt and cheese instead.
