can anyone tell me the link to WHO breastfeeding recommendations?

I know the recommendation is to bf till 2 years. But a friend has come back upset from HV who told her to stop bf-ing her 16mo! I want to give her the link so she can print it off for HV, but am so I can't seem to find it from any bf website or via google. Can anyone help?

BREASTFEEDING AND ALTERNATIVES
All infants should be exclusively breastfed from birth to about 6 months of
age, and at least for the first 4 months of life.
Breastfeeding should preferably continue beyond the first year of life, and
in populations with high rates of infection continued breastfeeding throughout
the second year and longer is likely to benefit the infant.
Each country should support, protect and promote breastfeeding by achieving
the four targets outlined in the Innocenti Declaration: appointment of
an appropriate national breastfeeding coordinator; universal practice of the
Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative; implementation of the International

What an arse! Why? In what context???

this states that bfing should continue for 2 years or more, and theres a link to the full recommendations.

The DoH publications just say that theres benefits from bfing as long as you choose after 6 months.

Unicef guidelines too

that her dd was strong and healthy and there was no need for "that" anymore at her age.

she's a bit down about it, but says she was going to stop soon anyway. she felt undermined by this hv during weaning too. I found this NICE guidance too which says healthcare professionals should support mothers to feed for as long as they choose.
