Dribbling problem - which bottle?

We have a 6 week old, she has been using tommee tippee advanced anti colic bottles with size 1 teats - she has started dribbling a lot which to the point her clothes are soaking after a feed. So I tried to change her to MAM bottles with size 1 teat, didn’t dribble as much but she was struggling to suck and get the milk out which resulted in her screaming in pain with wind. Changed the MAM to size 2 teat and we’re back to dribbling issue and clothes being soaked.
She doesn’t have tongue tie, or any issues that the health visitor or doctor can see.
Can anyone help with any advice? Changing her clothes after every feed just doesn’t seem right!

It’s doubtful that the HV or GP can assess for TT unless you happen to have exceptional ones.

Does she have any other symptoms of TT?

I would definitely get another opinion on a tongue tie - ideally by a qualified lactation consultant

Yeah it sounds a lot like she has tongue tie. In my experience HV and most other HCPs I encountered were useless at diagnosing it, you need to see a specialist. My 2 were exactly the same, we had a week of misery trying to breastfeed where I was repeatedly told no TT, then after they both struggled with a variety of bottle teats for another couple of weeks I paid privately to have it sorted. Immediately no issues feeding.
